Spaceclown's August Photos - MIP - Open Class BB -Couples

Another month and another 10+lbs gone.
Still a ways to go but I am on track to where I need to be come November.
Very excited I continue to have strength gains while ditching the weight. I am baffled yet happy about it so I will continue the same diet/training another month.

How the fcuk you can move that heavy-ass weight to being with is still amazing... after weeks of PRs and hitting some serious numbers, you'd be due for a plateau one way or another... the Clown ain't clowing around!

I am having a blast this year. No plateau in sight my brother. I change things constantly now and won't allow it

Thanks! I still got plenty of insulation to shed but I feel as long as I keep the progress rolling I should shred up pretty good this year. Win or loose I am very very happy with how I have progressed since last year.

Definately a huge gain in mass over last year bro! Lean out very nicely as well. I think this years pics will put last years to shame!
