Default Romanaz's Crappy July Pics - Novice and MIP

Alright, so heres the deal. This was a BAD month for me in regards to this competition. I started back lifting, and its not a regular schedule. Been just doing whenever I'm not sore, and since I'm new to the o-lifting, I'm VERY sore.

that being said to, I've gained some weight, I'm up to 204.5 mornings on my scale at home, which really means I'm at like 207 or 208 or so.

Also, these aren't cropped or anything b/c I don't have photoshop now. :-(

OK time to stop f'in around big guy! Let's get serious about that diet and tighten up. You've got to put as much effort into eating right as you do lifting. I wanna see some kick ass changes by the end of this thing! :clapping:

you will. I'm giving myself a few more weeks off any stims and then I'm going head first into a keto cut (or at least a very low carb cut), with tons of activity and shit. I got a stack of supps to really help me out here, because I want this to be a full out war on fat. I want to get in, lose a ton and get out as fast as I can.


my major supps during this will be:

Venom (don't know which one yet)
Tribex
Rev-Z
Flameout
Tons of Fish Oil
BCAA
Metabolic Drive Low Carb (for my protein shakes insteadd of WPI)


My big overall plan is to be down to under 187 (read 85kg) by the end of this, as that is where I will be more competitive in o-lifting, being as I'm weak as balls right now.

If I can add some LBM and cut down the bf, specialy during this cut with the tribex and hyperdrive mix, I think I can get and stay under 20% easily.

If I keep all my muscle and get to 187, I'll be just under 20%. If I add mass (which I CAN when I cut, I know madman will beg to differ, but I'm different), I can surely drop below 20%.

When I get to school in the fall, there is tons of more oppurtunitys to ramp up my activity level, like the olympic pool and raquet ball to name a few.

I'm probably starting off the keto @ 2400kcals to see how it is, then dropping to 2000. I'll probably be running a ton of BCAA during the day, and probably adding glutamin and some other amino's when I finish research.

Great bro! The more detailed your plan the more likely you'll stick to it. I found when I had a lot of my meals made in advance I was also much less likely to eat just anything when it came meal time. The hardest part is sticking too it the first 4 weeks, after that you lose your cravings for the most part.

I think I'm going to be doing that to, make all my meals beforehand, and just heat them up, because I can not, and WILL not cheat on this. I need to experience a real cut and I want to do it right. :-D

I'm actually looking forward to seeing how all the meat, ZMA, Tribex and such work together and push my test up high. :-D

Can't wait really, I enjoy being more aggressive and assertive.

I think you can as well.

On a cut I lost 15 lbs AND gained 4 lbs lbm - the key for me was my diet was high protein, and it was a SLOW cut of about one lb a week. I kept training heavy thoughout and even made some PRs. I wouldn't try to lose too fast or you're likely to sacrifice lbm.
