| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Alright, so I guess I'll upload my terribad pictures. First round should be bad anyhow, so I get good reviews at the end for MIP. Anyhow, to answer questions, YES I am doing Novice this time around. Why? I need some motivation to get down into the teens for bf%. So, here are my fat before pictures. I'm basically attempting what madman did last year, but my goal isn't to get down to the single digits. 15% would be awesome in my book. also, my poses suck. I'm leaning to far forward in my Most Muscular. My tricep pose is ridiculous! Note: My pictures are to big in size to upload to the server, so they are coming from photobucket. Sorry in advance if this causes any problems. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() enjoy

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I would cut like madman, but I feel I'm not ready to cut down that much. I don't think I know enough about how to cut, nor about my body once I get that low. The first step is to get to under 20% bf and stay there.

I'm ~25-27% as of a week and a half ago. Thursday or so I'm getting another set of readings from that machine, so we shall see. Personally, I'd like to be around 15-17% by July. And that means stepping up the activity level

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 28 | Glad you made it in. My honest opinion is that you need to cut to much lower than 15 percent so Your skin can get tighter. However the cut should be slow.

yeah, thats the thing I have to work around. If I cut to fast, I have tons of lose skin. I know I'll need to be lower then 15%, but for me, this is a reasonable goal. I know, now that I got the diet 90% in check, all I need is to be more active and add more cardio and GPP. How slow do you think the cut should be? I've been doing more of a body recomp the last year or so. I'm roughly the same weight as I was last year, but I'm definitely a LOT leaner. Would you suggest keeping this path or putting my sights on getting the scale under the 180 mark? to give you an idea, I'm cutting right now, running at anywhere between 400-700calories below 'maintenance,' I'm almost near the end of my Bottle of Hot Rox Extreme, I'm training for strength (I'm a powerlifter) which should help keep my muscle mass, and I'm trying to get at least one session of GPP a week, plus one session of cardio. I've had 2 bf tests since I started cutting about 4 weeks ago. First one put me @ 203 w/ 28% bf, and 2nd at 200 w/ 25% bf. Now, even given if the numbers were off by 2% or so, I still lost 6lbs fat and GAINED 3lbs LBM. I'm also getting more frequent "Hey, you look like your losing weight" comments, even from people who see me daily. ok thats one big ramble, but I guess it kinda describes what I'm doing right now. I don't know really, I'm kinda wanting to see myself be in the 180's since I haven't seen that number since like 9th or 10th grade. Argh, if I just could push myself to more cardio and GPP damnit

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | BRO!! Big improvement over the start of last year! Much more muscle and far learner also! Get commited this year to really leaning up and your going to be a force to recon with! You absolutley need to work on your posing though it's not showing you at your optimal which is OK now but later on it will cost you big time. Best of luck this year bro, I know you can do it! ![]() |
