I feel bad for all of you guys who look at these. They are horrendous.

I tried a new way to pose for the relaxed, and they make me look fat as hell (oh wait, I am). I thought this way would show my traps more, and well they don't. Next time I'll take them the other way.

I didn't realize that my mom was sitting as she took these, so you can't see everything well. I need a new photographer

And the lighting is shit, and honestly, I don't care until the final pics haha :-D

anyhow here goes.

How much did you lose since last month? You should really amp up the diet. You can still gain muscle on a restricted calorie diet. I know - I did it successfully. I went from 215 to 172. But, once you start to lean out, you'll lose the muscle alot. The heavier you are, the more effective it is.

that could explain how I went from 28% bf to 25% and only lost 1-2lbs on the scale. The scale is the same as last month, idk bout bf%. This coming month is going to be heavy on the losing weight. I am finishing my bottle of Leviathan, taking 3 weeks off then going back into a cut with another bottle. I'm going to get into the habit of 3 x a week cardio 40 mins a piece.

And once I get the 2nd bottle, I'm going on a keto diet. Gives me time to read up more on it. :geek:

The trick to the keto diet is making it past the first 2 weeks. If you stick with it, you absolutely will lose.

That being said, I would never do it again. I also plan to never let my weight get out of control again. I was 215 after almost 1 year out of the gym, so it was a lot of fat weight in that instance. I'm 208 right now, but much more solid.

You'll benefit from keto because it will help you peel it off. I gained size and strength for 3 months before starting to lose strength. The best part was that after starting to eat again, I carbed up, gaining only about 7 lbs, and my strength went through the roof. I went from struggling with double plates on bench to 285 for 3 reps, within 3 weeks of eating carbs again.

But don't take it easy on yourself. Peel it off, and stay consistent.

yep, thats the plan.

The big goal is to get in and stay in the 181 weight class. I'm only going to do keto for 4 or 5 weeks, and I know it will be hell, but its worth it.

Awesome info. there Hybrix...and it's working for me as well. I've actually gained strength and have gone up on all my lifts which is surprising with such low carbs in my diet and very little glycogen in my muscles. I can't imagine how much more I could lift with carbs back in my diet.

Anyways for now the weight is coming off and it's all good!

Romie there are still lots of months left in the comp. You'll dial it in and just watch as you melt away and start seeing all the awesome muscle you've built.

My first month wasn't as good either and I've been struggling for months to find a solid diet that works for me. Alot was trial and error and I finally found what works. You'll get it too.

Keep going at it Romie!! :gogo:

PS: nice undies.

Keto is tough at first dude, but like Hybrid said, once you get past the first 2 weeks it becomes second nature and it just flies past. I will say that you never realize how much you love pasta and bread until 3 weeks or so of keto...

Looking great man, keep your nose to the grindstone and you'll be happy with the results.
