You have come a long way though. There is a noticeable reduction in bodyfat! You and your wife make an awesome pair. It's nice to see you guys working together through this process. I really admire you both. Keep up the hard work!

Thanks for the support guys, I'm feeling a bit down right now because of some bullshit with the county and one of our dogs, so I'm not jumping with joy and really killing it at the gym, but I'm never one to give up, so I keep fighting the good fight. I had a few days of emotional eating, but now I'm back with a mean vengeance.
