You look much improved this year. Starting off leaner and building up the mass should serve you really well this time around.

I do feel much better this time around. I've been putting on a little more weight the last couple of months. My ego took a pretty big hit in the weightroom after my strength dropped during contest prep. I am almost back to where I was last year before I began cutting at about 20 pounds lighter.

I plan to start cutting much earlier, but much more gradually than I did for my contest. It did not serve me well to cut 38 pounds in the 20 weeks before my show.

Thanks, I feel decent compared to last year, but the competition is very tough this year. It will be a great accomplishment for anyone who places in the top 3 this year.

If I can get as lean as you are in your avatar I will be very successful.
