I do feel like I made progress in my arms and I think I might have figured out the lat pose a little more. I really haven't spent the time practicing like I need to. This month I will try to sqeeze that in too. The pics may not show it too well but my legs feel a million times different than when I started. Mid section looks worse now but is shrinking (I do have ab muscles...I can feel them now...the is a lifetime achievement even if I never see them!)Squats have become a good friend  All in all I feel pretty good...it is just hard to keep it all in perspective and keep the motivation up. The 50 pounds I lost made a drastic change and now things move a lot slower. Wonder how I I will look by next November...uhmmm.... |
