I back!!! Missed June pics

because we moved and a million other things...but no more excuses! Still have time to make some good progress. My weight has went down to 187 but is back to 194...I havn't had time to do measurements. I will try to get that done soon. Back on track and I hope to stay there! Here are the pics...this was a one take photo shoot....

If I can make a small suggestion about your lat poses (and btw, I'm still working on my own)... Try rolling your shoulders up and forward more. This will spread the lats wider on the front and rear poses.

Also, try lifting your elbows higher (up by your ears) in the bicep poses. This also helps to spread the lats a bit and make you appear wider up top. Once the elbows are higher, really crank your fists down toward your shoulders to "peak" the biceps.

Finally (and I apologize if I'm overstepping), try bringing your elbows more toward the front in the ab pose. You want to be a bit more compact with elbows pointing more toward the camera rather than flagging out to the sides. Then, you can kind of pull on the back of your head as you crunch those abs down HARD!!!

Anyway, I'm glad you got the pics in this month. Keep working hard

:gogo: Got a few good months to go so lot's of time to turn it on and dial it in! Actually this is just about the perfect amount of time for contest prep so you have a lot of opportunity. Kick ass MrD!
