Here are my pics...MIP and Novice BB. My starting weight is 194 and 18.5% body fat. Hope I don't hurt anyone's eyes too bad! Hopefully the pics in November will be better...

Wooohooo, some more GOOD competition in the MIP. I had no idea you were in such good shape MrDM. For some reason I thought you were about 40+ pounds heavier. Have you been cutting like a mofo or something?

It took about a year but I am about 50 pounds lighter!
