The only progress I am expecting to see is my farmer's tan lol. I haven't lifted in a little bit due to a couple things going on in life, but I am coming back again Monday. I think my weight did go down, but I didn't get any leaner.

You should start working on your posture. Make an effort to stand tall, sit straight up, flex your abs while sitting/standing, etc. I also recommend that you make ab training a big priority, add hyperextensions to your workout, and also very light deadlifts. Start strengthing your core as much as possible.

You'll grow like a weed once you start to train consistently.

Thanks for the advice. I don't think I can get hypers in, but I could probably get reverse hypers. Abs wouldn't be hard to do either.

The thing is when I get into a particular pattern of doing things, if that pattern is disrupted, everything goes to hell. That is why I am always so inconsistent. I really am trying for this to not be a case, but it's my nature lol. Expect to see me leaner next month though.
