well, not much change in weight, wasn't able to get a lot of workouts in this month, with oldest son getting ready to graduate elementary school and DH going back to College for his Masters after work.

Happy I didn't gain though.

Weight today 171lbs (just 1 lbs lost from last month)

Hey M welcome to month 2! Life can certainly make things difficult on us but as long as we keep commited the rewards will come. At least your moving in the right direction. You have the ball rolling now you just need to pick up speed as the months go on.

Agreed. This is your second go at this competition. You're primed and ready. Don't let anything stand in the way of you having the healthy lifestyle and gorgeous physique you always dreamed of...after all...this is what it is all about...keep focusing on the process and the product will be the reward!
