Ok, here are my July 2007 pics. I havent done ANY cardio, I hate cardio with a passion. I still havent kicked my Oreo cookie habbit yet, stopped tanning, shaving and cheat on my diet like a mad man. lol Hey... I'm bulking remember? lol

Thanks lean. I am doing well with my diet but can not shake those damn Oreo cookies! They are very addicting! I have really started focusing more on my legs and arms, they need the most work. I have set a goal of 190lbs @ 3% bf for the final pix. i am 205lbs now, so i hope thats realistic.

Doing great bro! :clapping: Man I'm impressed at your level of conditioning this far out. If you get serious these last few weeks you could come in totally peeled and blow away the competition. Should be fun! Some good ones dropped out but there is still plenty of top dogs around.

If i can just kick the oreo cookie thing... damn they are the shyt! lol I will be starting my cut soon enough, nice and slow so that i keep all the muscle i can. when i took 2nd in my last contest i was 179lbs at 5% i would love to come in at 185 to 190lbs at 3%.. well 200lbs+, ripped would be even better but i am not a genetic freeeek. I am not sure when my cut will start but most likely September 1st till November 10th... depends on what Chuck thinks. I am going to try and take it all home but just doing this was great, i love these contests, they help me stay on track! When this contest is over, we need to have a BULK contest, to see who can gain the most weight but still look decent. and yes, oreos would be the staple in my diet!
