Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Every time I take these update pics, all I see is everything I don't like... it depresses me for the rest of the night. However, I am on point to come in better than I did last year... I am confident of that. I am MUCH bigger than I was last year, still not truly BIG by any means, but vastly improved.

The attached pic shows me in 2006 on the left, exactly 4 weeks out from IMPC finals last year. On the right is me today at 4 weeks and 5 days out. I am a tad leaner in the 2006 pics, but by the actual 4 week out point, I will be on par, especially since Layne just tweaked my diet again. What is impressive is how much thicker my chest, delts, and traps are now. It never really hit me just how poor my upperbody was last year... yikes!!! The difference in my taper is staggering. For most of this prep, I've been doubting that I had changed my body at all during my last bulk. Well, I'm finally convinced my last bulk was a big success. ![]()

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | You've most definitely added some more mass to your frame, particularly the delts and traps from what I can see. Fantastic work, you'll be plenty lean come finals. ![]()
