Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | So another great IMPC year ends. Firstly, I want to thank my fellow contestants in the open division, especially BB2K, spaceclown, and spirit3530... you guys have been fun and motivating the entire time. I also want to thank Michael Elias for again sponsoring this great contest... there's nothing else like it, and it gets better every year. I also want to thank my contest prep coach, Layne Norton, I could not be more pleased with the results I achieved under his guidance. I was thrilled to see so many people throw their hats in the ring at the beginning of this contest, and I was disappointed every time someone dropped out... but this just demonstrates how intense this contest is. Everyone who saw it through to the end should be very proud. We all kicked ass. :clapping: ![]() Now, the off season begins, and I need to GROW!!! ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Thanks for all the comments... you guys are the best!!! My main goal this year was to bring up my chest, traps, and shoulders. Last year, I couldn't pull off an impressive crab most muscular because I just lacked the delts, chest, and traps to make it work, thus, I went with a hands on hips for my '06 final pics. It also really hit me last year that my deficient delts, particularly the front delt, were painfully apparent on my side chest pose. Making the comparison with last year, I am really happy with my progress. I brought up all of my body part, but particularly the shoulders and chest.
