Well all, here they are. This year has been a great experience for me, and I really feel like I've taken my physique and training to a new level. There are many things I see I can improve, but I'm excited by the possibilities for growth. I hope you all have had an equally rewarding time during the IMPC, inspite of the challenges you may have endured. Till next year...

Oh, believe me... I have been eating non-stop since Friday. My stomach hurts, but I can't quench the hungry feeling. I'm hoping this wears off before too long. I do have to get back to training eventually...

man, you to? i cant seem to satisfy my appetite at all. i have eaten everything BUT Oreo cookies... maybe thats what i gotta do! lol I have to get back on my bulk diet soon, planning on doing the Missouri state with spaceclown!

If there was a prize for best photo backdrop you'd definitely get it! We are in Florida but that beach still looks awesome!! Is that literally your backyard?
