here i am. i still miss 1 picture, but i will have it tomorrow, because i have no ink in my printer again. From now on, i will it as clean as possible, eating most of all, meat, 0%fat and sugar yoghurt and sweet potatoes. Good luck for every one!

Conditioning won't be your problem, you've looked great throughout the contest. But, your posing needs a lot of work. The biggest issue is that you are not flexing your legs on any of the poses. Realize that the judges look at your whole body, the legs count just as much as the upperbody so you need to show them what you've got. If you're legs look totally smooth with no definition, you will lose a lot of points no matter how shredded your upperbody looks. Practice posing in a mirror and read some posing guides... there are several good ones on the various boards if you search.

I agree with you, although i have lots of hair in my legs. i´m sure they will look diferent when i shave them.
