thanks! it was very fun but also very hard to maintain my body in shape for so long. Now i have a smal clue of how hard beeing a professional natural bodybuilder must be.

Great symmetry. Great definition. An excellent physique. You did an awesome job this year. I think your next goal should be to pack on some quality pounds -- you've got a great, lean base to build on top of now.
