I have not really done much this month..ugh have had a lot of medical crap but this also made it so i could not really eat so no damage was done really!!l lol..I am back in full force now thought ..look out!!

Agreed, you had you month slackin' now it's time to use that rest and crank it up this month. Set a realistic short term target and bust your ass till you reach it. Set the bar a little higher again next month and do the same until next thing you know the comp is over and you have a brand new you looking back.

No worries i am still in. We had a really bad storm and have had no power and stuff. So my pics will be bit late but they will be posted!!!
