This was my 1st but not my last IMPC contest, I will do this every year for sure! Thanks to IRONMASS, the MODs and the judges. Cant wait to see how all this pans out!! Good luck to us all! No matter the placings, we all did something A LOT of others couldnt do and that makes us the best!

I would like to add my Congratulations to you all as well!

I will be putting all of your pictures together together today and submitting them to the judges. The judges will have their score cards back to me by Wednesday, and results will be announced by Wednesday evening.

The judging panel this year consists entirely of competitors and judges from amateur and pro bodybuilding fitness, and figure.

Once again, great job to all of you!

Wow, cool news about the judges...although that is even more nerve-wracking - eek! I think the last time I was "judged" on anything was in 8th grade gymnastics and been avoiding it since! Will be fun to see how it all turns out but I definitely agree that we all have won!

Thanks to Michael and all at Ironmass for putting on the contest and supporting the contestants, it is a great motivator! As one not destined for the stage, it is really cool to get to have this unique experience.

Yeah, that's my dream level of conditioning to achieve... that completely vascular, dry and grainy look. No smoothness at all. You have to have a lot of mass to pull that conditioning off, both to maintain the metabolism necessary to get down that low, and to still look thick once you get there. Once I add another 20 lbs of LBM, I'll be pushing for that level.... probably start dieting at 30 weeks out, and from an already lean state... like 10%. That's the key I think... stay lean in the off season, and diet longer, rather than harder.
