Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 63 | well i am down to 284. i was around 290 when i started. eating cleaner, my carbs lack alot of sugar. i think i'm looking better, its just hard to show the differences with the camera. i think 2-3 solid months of strict diet could bring the abs out. guess i should lay out my plan since i'm not keeping a journal or anything. I follow a 4 day split. monday- chest n triceps Tuesday- back and biceps wednesday off thursday- shoulders- forearms friday - legs sometimes i dont make it on monday so its a tuesday-friday 4 straight. legs on friday is tough too since i work friday nights, legs usually stay sore with me for a few days. so i dont plan on my hardcore leg workouts, just some medium weight leg presses and hammie work. diet is more of a restructuring type. high protein, moderate-high carbs from good sources, low-moderate fats Protein: shakes, eggs, tuna, chicken, beef. some bison and venison thrown in when i have the time. Carbs: grits, oats, whole wheat bread, pastas, some baked crackers fats: from the eggs, and beef. some PB, EFA oils. try for 350-400g protein. ~ 275-300g carbs and 60g fat |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 63 | i hardly do this, but i got on the scale today 282 two lbs over the weight i was at when i did a keto diet when i was 19. three more lbs and it will be the lightest i;ve weighed since my growth spurt entering high school. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 63 | i was 5'11 and 245 in 8th grade. that summer i shot up to 6'4 and around 285 thru high school i was up to 330 and 6'5 in college i cut on a keto diet, hit 280 but i looked flat. like i never touched a weight in my life. |
