Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 184 | Hey Everyone... Another month gone by. This month went alot better for me. Much more dedication to diet and workouts. I lost 12lbs from last pics. My goal was 155lbs by pic day...I got close at 158lbs. ![]() I myself don't notice any improvements really. Don't notice inches lost. DF swears by it so I guess I'll believe him. ![]() My relaxed pics now : (PS mosquitos really love me...I just don't share the same feelings...Im allergic to mosquito bites hence the blemishes on my arms, back and legs. )![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I haven't thought about bulking up to now cause I really want to get my bf% down.
