K here goes again.

Well had a bit of a set back as far as diet but, as far as putting on some more muscle I believe I did pretty good this month.

Next month will be better I know it!!

Great job hot stuff!!

Posing is coming along nicely and you've definately added muscle this month. Now we turn up the cardio and take it home!

I'm counting on making way more progress in next month pics.

Sorry I haven't been to everyone's IMPC pics yet...been really busy these weeks and with the heat in my apart. all I want to do is get out as soon as Im done work (work from home).

From the pics Ive seen so far looks like lots of changes and people are really kicking butt.
