Well another fun year in the IMPC.

I'm really happy to have competed this year with awesome group of people.

Each year I learn something new about myself and what it takes to train hard and be dedicated to Bodybuilding. I have much respect for those that work hard and reach their goals. I'm still going to continue working hard whether I participate in a competition or not...this is a lifestyle for me and I'll keep working towards my goals. IMPC has provided lots of motivation and given me the drive to work hard at the gym and many times help not give into temptations.

I've come a long way from where I started back in 2002 when I had my youngest son was born and I ended up weighing 220lbs! I started seriously training in 2004 and I've loved every moment of it. Today I'm at 155lbs. :mango:

Final pictures look great! It's really nice to see the side-by-sides too -- your posing improved so much, and you have a real look of confidence in the final set. Awesome work!!

Congrats on the 155 and breaking that sticking point! Your progress this year really shows in the side by sides and you look fantastic!! :clapping: The side pic really shows off your legs. Keep up the great work and dedication, GI D!

Thanks so much for sticking it out in the female BB with me so we could keep pushing each other, it has been really great competing with you and I hope you will be here again next year if I do it again!

We have definitely both won no matter what the judges decide and I know we will both keep going and working hard!
