Rushed last minute pics here...sorry my posing really sucks.

This month I've put on more muscle mass it seems but, as far as fat loss...eh..not so good I think. We'll you guys be the judge.

WOOHOO..talk about sexy!!

Considering how rushed these were they turned out great! You made good progress even with all the little cheats we had..lol. Not bad for using NO fat burning supp's what-so-ever. Now we turn up the heat and take it to the next level these last few months!

Thanks so much everyone.

It's time to kick it into high gear!

Im feeling tad run down by a cold, compliments of my hunny DF.

Hopefully, it will go away soon cause I feel all my energy has drained out of me...lousy cold to get now that I'm on vacation and just about to go camping.

Anyways, I'll be watching my diet no matter and doing whatever activity I can while away from the gym these days...most likely hiking.
