WOW! Big difference this month babe. I just went over your April pics and you've made a huge change already. You've already lost a bunch of fat and your muscle tone has improved a ton. If you keep making progress at this nice steady pace you'll be tough to beat come Nov.

Oh and by the way..YOUR HOT!!

Thanks everyone. Not much improvement for me this month...I don't know I don't really see it but, I appreciate the kind compliments. Maybe you guess see something I don't?

Hope to continue progressing...even if it is at turtle pace.

Ba-Humbug you could lose 50lbs and you'd still say you don't see any change..lol. You did make some nice improvement this month and you'll make even more now that were done cheat eating this month.

I think you're looking great. You look leaner to me, but I hear ya; it's hard to see your own progress. Women's eyes are made funny, I think.
