dnyc, you've definitely got the muscle mass to do very well in the bb'ing division. I believe you will be one to watch in MIP too. Show the new blood how the IMPC is done!!!

Great pics dnyc... now I know why DF is always up so late at night. You got a lot of muscle lurking, ready to come out and say here I am. Those bis and shoulders are huge.

hey you! i just wanted you to know i am super motivated after looking at all these IMPC pics! even though im not gonna join ill still stay focused right along with you and i will post pics in my journal monthly as well ok?

even though i have gained weight im not gonna let it continue!
