Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 53 | Hmmm, I've been working my butt off and carb cycling and looks like I've made little to no progress. Some course correction may be in order but I'm not sure what yet. I may just stick it out? I'm calipering 2% lower than I did last month...

![]() It is definitely a tough workout to do and I must be burning a crazy amount of more calories than I did doing Max-OT. I just finished deloading for the first time so I guess I'll see if I'm stronger this coming week. My strength was definitely dwindling by the 3rd week, I had to really struggle to get things done. The theory certainly makes sense and I really like it so far. Also it's fun to get the big pump from doing a bajillion sets on upper body day. ![]() I think I'll stick it out for the next 12 weeks and see where it takes me.

Although yesterday my bro said he'd pay me $500 just to see me eat 100 Klondike Bars in a row... rules are just that I can't leave the chair until I finish them all. I think this is an achievable goal.
