Worked on consitency this month and got the diet where it needed to be. Stepped it up a little toward the end of the month and now just trying to push harder and make the most of the time that is left. Currently hovering at about 164 lbs but strength is increasing and pants are getting loose so that is a good sign

Forgot this one...it was a posing mistake but I liked it better than the one I was trying to do so threw it in.

Thank you Hibby! Now if I could just get the darn legs to be even semi-LEAN! It'll take time, but I'll get there someday!

I can't wait to come check out everyones pics!! I have been missing them so I'll have to go back to last months too so I can cheer everyone on...congrats to everyone for hanging in there and staying in this thing!

Wow DM...damn you are looking fantastic. You are getting more leaner than ever with each passing month. You are really kicking @$$! I'm glad training and diet is going well for you.

Hey guess what? I'm hovering around the same weight as you! I got to 163lbs then went up again (after a clean refeed)..I take my 'true' readings in the morning on empty

and I'm at 165lbs. Can't wait to get into the 150's...Lets do it DM!!!

I am trying but we shall see.... Congrats on the 163! That carb/calorie cycling really makes the scale go wacky - I;ve gotten to the point where I just try to stay off it for a couple days after a carb up so I don't make myself crazy.

You certainly deserve all the compliments and thanks for hanging in there with me so we can have the female BB. Let's keep kicking butt!!
