Well here they are! Not enough light and a bit rushed so they are not great this time but hey, they are done and only one more to go!

I feel I'm looking pretty flat after 7 days with practically 0 carbs but I am happy that I think there is a little bit of change in some areas. If you squint really hard you might make out a hint of abs under there and a tiny start of a ham/quad line in the shadow of one pic!

lol Oh I am sooo not ready to wear the suit, but I am looking forward to having fun with it and enjoying the experience and will keep working when this is over. The deadline of the contest end really pushed me to work harder and try some new things that are working well which is a big plus! Oh and I saw the 150s on the scale today...woo-hoo! Very happy to see that, it's been about a year!

And ifnally...MIP...phew, glad that is over with! It was hot in our garage and I was sweaty just from posing! Still almost 90 degrees here.

wow dm you are really making great progress, i wouldn't give up on being lean just yet. just stay consistent in the gym and kitchen. you will make it. trust me if you keep it up you can get a nice figure model physique. By summer 2008 you will be astonished how muscle maturity will have helped you.
