Well,I made it to the end, yay! And here are the pics - they are what they are. I wish these pics had come out better as I felt I looked a little better in person but regardless, it helped me see the areas I have improved and where I still need work, so that is a good thing. I suppose if I was completely happy with them then I wouldn't have anything to drive me to continue to improve.....so I've decided I will be happy and take what I have learned from this experience to help me continue to improve

I just wish my abs would have showed, but I did see them well last month so I met my goal to see them by November. This contest has definitely been a learning experience and has given me tons of respect for anyone who does real BB shows!

Today is exactly 3 yrs from the day I stepped on the scale at 282.5 lbs and decided to do something about it so I am looking at the big picture and keeping things in perspective. I put in a comparison to show my progress they way I try to look at it

Congrats to all who finished the contest! I think we all have won in many ways. :clapping:

Thanks so much everyone for the encouragement and nice comments.

This contest has definitely helped keep me motivated to keep pushing to
"get my groove back" after last year. I feel like I finally got past the sticking point where I left off and hope to continue improving year by year. Looking forward to getting some variety back into my diet and workouts and keeping it fun!
