Clownjugs-Nov 2007-Final pics MIP/Couples

Well it is has been a loooooooooong 6 months!! I have been plagued by a foot injury most of the time. Very busy and not doing so well the past two months. I am very happy with my results. I reached my goal which was to be a size 6 by Nov and I am there. I have lost 18 lbs and over 8". :mango:

I still need to lose another 15-20lbs. Hopefully when my cast comes off I will have more time to focus on the gym again.

CJ you did fawkin awesome this year! With all the setbacks out of your control and you insane husband you still did it

i am very proud and know that no matter what placing you won. Also the pics made think :fantasy: and also

IMPC is over but lets contiue this sucka!

I like the comparison shot. You can see that your stomach is a lot tighter, and your face looks happier and healthier! great job

Aw shucks thanks all. Now if I can just keep what I have accomplised until Dec then get back on track! For those who don't know I will be in my cast until the day before I leave for a 2wk vacation over Thanksgiving. Then hoping I am healed to start back to the gym.

18lb and 8" is awesome! The foot injury must be frustrating, but I think your pictures still show an excellent improvement. Now just try to keep that clown of a husband from blowing up by 50lb in the next 3 weeks

CJ you have done soooo awesome and you look amazing! :clapping: The changes in your midsection have really changed your shape! I am so happy that you were able to meet your goal and stay through to the end despite all of the challenges. That shows alot of dedication! You and SC definitely make a great team. I can't wait to see you and your results in person in a couple weeks!

PS We used to have a Jungle Jim's here, I think, and we really liked it...sounds good to us! I don't think I am brave enough for the peanut buuter burger though..lol
