Clownjugs-July 2007 pic update MIP

Well here are my pictures. I see differences and I have gone down 3 sizes in my pants. Which is a huge thing for me and I am very happy.

I am getting frustrated on the scale not really moving and I know that isn't everything. Just a big hang up for me.

It is the way I can tell that I am doing the right thing I guess.
So only down 2lbs this month and not much change in measurements. Maybe 1" total.

You are doing fantastic!! Yay for dropping three pants sizes!! :clapping: I was always disappointed when the scale went down during contest prep. I wanted my bodyfat to go down and the scale to go up -- that meant I was adding lean mass while losing body fat baby!!

Don't let the scale mess with your head. You look pretty lean and muscular to me! That's a good thing!

I have the hardest time with the scale, as well. I've definitely lost body fat, but the actual scale reading hasn't changed much over the course of this contest. Sometimes it's a bit discouraging, but I have to remember that it's how I look, not just what the numbers say.

I completely ignore the scale. I've come to the conclusion that the scale is an ignorant f**k. Therefore, it will no longer have the priveledge of seeing my naked body.

As for you, Mrs. Clown... Big congrats on the feeling better and smaller pant sizes. The scale will get it together eventually, but this is a contest about the you in the mirror. Keep up the good work!

Great job CJ! Don't worry about the scale 2 much, it's obvious your adding muscle if you dropped 3 pant sizes!
