CJ!! Yay you took the first step and joined. Proud of you for that!! :clapping:

(I know what those first pics are like and I dreaded doing the comp. this year for the same reason...but, my girl JJ and my BF DF convinced me.

I'm glad they did now!).

It's going to be great getting back in shape. Just watching your own progress over the months is incredible..you feel so much better about yourself and you know you are not letting the months going by w/o making a healthy change in your lifestyle. The pics are a great method to watch your progress even if they were hard to put up at first you'll be glad you did when you see yourself transform over these months.

I didn't see any changes on myself but, comparing before and after pics made me really proud of how far I got last year.

So get all your training and diet in gear and you're gonna be a WINNER!!
