Ok, I have been stressed more then you can imagine.
I am busier then all hell at work and going throgh the big D at home........

the pics are what they are...........

I am as fat as I will get.........my cutting starts a week from this saturday.

I will be a fource to reckon with.........

Doing great considering what your going through Chi. Use the weights as a stress release and a way to keep positive and you'll come out just fine.

I plan on it brother today was day 2 of my cut. I am 11-12 weeks out for the IMPC final and just under 16 weeks for my first show Dec 8th.

Thanks ! But seriously this is the worst I have looked all of 07 IMO.but not for long.....I expect somebig changes these next few months.

Yes I post at bb.com and have been a mod there since 01......I pretty much stick to the over 35 sections and a few others.
