The Brotherhood's MIP and Novice BB May Pics

yup, I added some fat, especially in the lower abdominal region. Can't be helped. This is what happens when you eat over maintenance after dieting for a year from 40+% bodyfat. Body is attempting to rebound to set-point. Im on a meagre 2050 calories, and this still happens. Genetics...gotta love em :bshot:

I have added some muscle, however.

The pic download says all thats required is front relaxed with and without the download image. As far as I remember this was the requirement..only befores and afters require all the poses? yes?

No bro... for the bodybuilding divisions, all poses are required. For MIP you need all of the relaxed positions.

I definitely see some muscle gain. Once you pack on some more muscle, the fat gain will be easier to stave off and control.

Nice job this month Bro. The fat gain is min. and you definately added some size. Make sure you get in all the rest of the pics too.

I'd get the rest of the pics up... since you already posted some, and you had a legitimate misunderstanding, I doubt the penalty would be enforced.

go ahead and get em up! don't worry about it

Just make sure to get all the poses in next time.

FYI: you're only disqualified if you completely miss 3 months worth of entries, so you're good to go.
