This is what happens when you eat over maintenance after dieting for a year from 40+% bodyfat. Body is attempting to rebound to set-point. Im on a meagre 2050 calories, and this still happens. Genetics...gotta love em :bshot: I have added some muscle, however. The pic download says all thats required is front relaxed with and without the download image. As far as I remember this was the requirement..only befores and afters require all the poses? yes? |

I definitely see some muscle gain. Once you pack on some more muscle, the fat gain will be easier to stave off and control.
