my wife was fussing at me because i took my crippled ass upstairs and turned the heater on. it was 59 degrees in here so i had to warm it up!

Did chest yesturday, felt pretty good. did "100's" on all exercises.

Incline smith machine chest press 135lbs for 100 reps

Flat DB press 50lbs for 100 reps

Cable crossovers 50lbs for 100 reps

Seated 1 arm chest press 60lbs 100 reps each arm.

Damn, felt swole!

Going to do hams the same way tonight. I love the 100 rep thing, damn awesome workout fo sho.

Don't hurt yourself again you freakin' maniac!!!

Damn, I am dog tired lately... strength has started tanking BIG TIME for me. Cardio has become torturous. I usually enjoy cardio, but now after ten minutes I just want to stop and go curl up in a fetal position somewhere. I hope I'm not the only one in hell right now... the only thing that keeps me going is staring in the mirror at my sexiness. Too bad my libido is dead or I'd totally make love to my own image... is that ghey?

I know EXACTLY how ya feel, cardio sux for me to plus i hated it to start with. Cant say my libido is down, damn thing is wide open and bugs the hell outta me. lol

Nothing wrong with staring at your own sexiness bro. We ALL do that rather we will admit it or not, we have worked very hard and deserve to flaunt it a little.

I may be submitting my pics soon. Dont think I will be able to make it to the 10th. My wonderful employer is cutting our hours way back, I am lucky to get 40 hours in 2 weeks. So money is tight and I cant afford the sups, food and all that. So I will run my diet as long as I can then post my after pics. At this point I feel I will be damn lucky to do well with this contest. So much crap going on. Anywho.. i hope everyone continues to bust ass and do well. Maybe next year will be better for me. I may post them next weekend.
