I start my cut diet July 2nd, My show was moved from October 27th to September 15th.. 6 weeks early. This will for sure screw up my November 10th pics for the IMPC seeing as I will peak on September 15th, I will hold on to all I can until the November pics.

I spend all my time helping people train for their goals and end up not having time for my own. I am working on my client schedules now so that I have enough time between clients to eat and have enough time to train. Its getting better so I am sure I will be back on track 100% VERY soon.
