Having to use my cell to type this. i was doing my last workout last nite and managed to fk up my back AGAIN. they had to carry me out to my jeep because i cnt walk. fkd it up big time. i will do my best to take pix and post sunday. i may not have tanning stuff on. figures this would happen now of all times.

no fakeing this time boss I cant walk or get out of bed. pulled the muscle above my butt bone. i will post the best pix i can sunday... hell maybe even tomorrow. no need to keep dieting at this point. i am glad i made it all the way but sadly i know i wont be CHAMP this year.

My peak week plan this year is SO different than last year. Lots of carbs and TONS of water. Almost the opposite of what I did last year... can't wait to see how it works.
