Now if you will all excuse me, I have lunch at outback to attend to, alot of beer and some hot sex with the wife planned. I didnt get to eat my smores pie today, burnt it damn it but the vodka did a nice job with bringing out the veins nicely. Have a great day! be back on later...if i am not to drunk.

well, i had my first beer at outback and got sick. lol We had to leave. So i came home and ate my food later. Tonight is mashed taters and roast. sick of being in bed all day, damn back is still screwed up.

I am so excited for next years contest. I am going to take a few weeks off, mainly due to my lower back injury (going to see my doctor today). I want to come in next year 195lbs at 3% not 5% damn it! I enjoyed competing in the MIP, Open and couples division it was vERY motivating and hope my wife and I do well. Best wishes to everyone and thanks for making this contest the most fun and most rewarding EVER. Madman... i have to thank you and spaceclown for being the best, you guys really made this fun and motivated me big time.
