5' 10"
195lbs
8% BF (approx)

Start date for me is April 10th. I am going for the Most Improved. My goal is to add ALOT more size to my legs and arms and keep bodyfat low.

Make sure you hit all 4 poses, front/back/left/right relaxed.. other than that.. looking scary..

Lucky for me I don't think you have TOO many weaknesses to improve on :P

Thanks everyone, I just finished a transformation contest over at another site, i was 227lbs at 28ish% bf in november 2006. I got down to 179lbs and 5% March 31 2007.

I decided to do this contest to help me stay on track. When i finished my last transformation, for some reason i had a Oreo cookie crash. lol I put on about 15lbs since march 31st. Thanks to Sushi, Wasabi peas, oreo cookies and starbux.

The wife and i decided to do this together to help each other get to where we "really" wanna be. I would love to do the BB open side of this but I am a MOD/Rep for Anabolic Xtreme and I will be testing their new prohormone product in a few weeks. I was under the impression those things were a no no in the BB open, novice section so i went with the MIP.

My wife wanted to do the MIP because she feels that is more of an obtainable goal. Maybe when she gets down to where she wants to be she may do a BB show.

Open division any prohormones can be used, to my understanding, only novice is it not allowed as far as I know.

What? we can do the open and still use prohormones? i need to know for sure cause i would do it in a heartbeat. The before pics here i was like 15% when i first started i was 25+%. I couldnt find my fatboy pic. but you can go to myspace.com/eubiedoo and see the video.

I will have to find out what all i can take for the open.
