AgeRage's July Figure Fun

O wow, here we are in July already!!!:orange:

I think I did fairly well with posing this month, much better than before (whether you all notice or not) I was worried about my abs since I had a treat meal last night, but didn't really overdo it....I had to go back and finish rear posing this evening, I must have done it 20 times!!

That's my weak pose

Finally I have some color so you aren't blinded!!

I do think I've added some mass in the upper body, as I had increased cals and am on the Bill Starr 5x5 and I'm gettin' crazy strong....yay!

p.s.....For the right side pose, I don't know why the first one turned so blurry, so I posted another, even tho the posture (arm placement) is a bit different

Posing looks better! I'm no expert, obviously, but you might want to not lean forward as much on the side poses...looking great though!

You look awesome, chickie!! :clapping: I always did "Just for Fun" poses when I had to post contest progress photos -- so I'm glad to see you are as whacky as me.

I love your hair and think you have such a sexy look about you. I, however, do not want to date you. :lol3:

I think you're making big improvements in the posing. I'm with Tara on the side pose. Try pulling your shoulders back a bit. I'm having trouble with that pose, too, though. I want to pop my front leg and it looks stupid.

I'll join the others. Your posing is really coming along with each set of pictures. You have gorgeous legs :o With the strength you are gaining, especially in the upper body, your lats and shoulders will certainly just keep getting better and better over the coming months. Nice work

Thanks!! I do see and feel the posing is improved....and thanks about the legs *blush* I am trying!! Loving this new wo routine, I think it's really shocking the bod! YOU my dear are also looking good, you had a good gain, and like I said, it's TIME TO GET RIPPED BABY!!!!

:clapping: Fantastic improvement all around AR! You've lost fat, added muscle, and VASTLY improved your posing over these last few months. Great work! Keep it going and you'll be ready to do it for real if you choose. As the other's stated you need to work on a couple of poses but overall your headed in the right direction.
