Wow, August already!!!:mj: <-----------THAT is just cool

I think I'm really coming along!! The Bill Starr 5x5 is serving me VERY well!! My numbers are going through the roof!

diet is great, trying to get it all in, I'm busy with work and such and it's just PLAIN HOT!

Here's to more muscle!!!

LOL!! It IS my strong side of course, but it didn't feel like it was popping out THAT much!!!

:clapping: Your doing great AR! You've definately added some muscle and leaned up as well. On top of that your posing is getting much much better! You should have some great pics for the final! And Bill's 5x5 kicks ass! You should thank whoever convinced you to do it. I loved myself and gained a ton of strength on it.
