Fwiw, pass along to the higher-ups that Darren in Customer Service is the freakin man. They accidentally left my Powerfull powder out of my last order, and he called me about 10 minutes after I sent the email saying that something was missing. At like 7am the following morning I got a shipment confirmation from them saying that my Powerfull had shipped already.

Service like that is what will keep people coming back. Nice work!
