Ok, I use a spreadsheet for my diet but I don't know how to set it up for a workout routine. if you use one, could you upload so I can get an idea of how to do it?

Here's a spread sheet that might be what you're looking for. It was designed for a specific 3-day a week workout, so maybe someone who knows what they're doing can customize it.

You could always carve up some stone tablets :p
Pencil and paper works fine for me, I just use a 7" x 9" quad ruled compostion notebook.

Spiral bound notebook here...the thing is completely demolished from weights and stuff getting dropped on it, but it still has some blank pages so I'm keepin it.
