| Pro Stature | Here's the deal. I love to workout, but whenever it's a Friday, I just get to freakin lazy. I go workout on Saturday and Sunday but Friday's, I can't do anything. Example, I have a boxing class today but I just don't wanna go even though my trainers gonna kill me Monday. It's not really motivation, it's tiredness from the week with school and other stuff. This normal or just lack of motivation? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I'm about to leave work, after a long week and I'm going to the gym on this Friday evening to kill my legs. I'd rather go home and watch TV and drink beer and order a pizza... that would be fun. Instead, I'm opting to barely be able to drag myself up the three flights of stairs to my condo, and then eat a hunk of salmon and some beans, with a diet coke. Not as much "fun", but certainly more gratifying. When you have a goal in mind, you must stop at nothing to achieve it. There's a certain amount of satisfaction in working toward a goal and suffering for it. It's the people who make themselves train, even when they don't want to, that will achieve excellence. If you want to be mediocre or fail entirely, go ahead and just take a day off whenever you feel that urge.

| Pro Stature | I'm so pissed at myself now. I didn't go to the boxing practice today and feel so bad, fat, out of shape, etc. Saturday and Sunday, I'm gonna be doing lots of running to make up for today. |
