What's the deal with the chappell show?

I was watching a rerun of chappell's stand up last night, and it got me wondering, I know he went to that asslyum, but still when is the 3rd season coming out? Was their any other show that was funnier then that show? The only thing I can think of even rivaling it was family guy.

Ya, it's a great show but I'm getting tired of the re-runs.

its crazy if you compare what he gets away with now opposed to what, for example, in living color was able to get away when it was in its prime. as for the show itself, there better be a 3rd season and soon.
