Looking at the floor plan for the coliseum there is no such section, so I believe it stands for General Admission. What does that mean exactly? Does that mean out in the pit?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Here's the thing, prices of tickets range from 35 to 120 dollars each right now, and most say "GA" or "GEN-ADM", other than the price difference (and this is even amongst same ticket retailers) they are identical. Ticketmaster for some reason only has the cheap ones. I have the 120 dollar ones. Even the stub on the ticket it's self says 40.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ouch .. maybe your section is seated and more close to the stage than the the cheaper Gen. Admission?? .. $120 is alot for a ticket especially if you don't know where the seats are at exactly .. it would suck for someone to pay 35 bucks and have a better seat than you since you paid more money.Edit: Skel .. I noticed your tix say Row 8, so you must have seats if you are in a Row. They probably have X amount of rows and then everyone behind would be the regular Gen. Admission. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 64 | General Admission means you do not have an assigned seat, every ticket will have a location assignment (row or row & seat), but that's just the way they keep track of how many tickets have been sold so they don't exceed capacity of the venue. General admission means you can park yourself wherever there is a space... whether seats are available or it's standing only. Some shows have reserved seating near the stage and then the rest is general admission. If your ticket says $40, then that is the face value of the ticket... which is the price the orginal purchaser paid... I hate to say it, but if someone is selling $40 tickets for $120 then they are ripping people off.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I was wrong about price, they were closer to 85. Why the drastic price differences online? Some sellers have 35, 75 and 90 dollar tickets that all say GA.
