I'm on my second macrocycle of Phase 1 of SHSHT...strength is going nuts. 265 on flat bench is easy for sets, 100lb db's for incline, 215 military. Super excited for my next overload week.

Weather in San Diego kicks ass, but I'm bummed that there won't be anymore snowboarding until November.

I'm starting to get back into training, mono is still making me a bit sleepy.

Also, my car seems to be riding a touch lower then normal (for the last month or so), possibly that the struts are going? Just wondering because I sense this might be another few hundred dollars into this ****ing car!

ha! See my post about car money holes that i just made in the automotive section. Everytime something breaks it doubles in cost.

thank god it doesn't double in price for me.. I had a new engine a year ago and 2 weeks later a new transmission. Had I known the tranny was going to die (got run off road by ambulance hit transmission and nearly destroyed it), I would have gotten a new car!

I just put in 2 new radiators, first one broke because it was old, third because fag @ autoshop didn't fill it with enough coolant (and I didn't check because I trusted him to fill it) and then the last time it overheated because my temp gauge died and the engine almost blew because it overheated without me knowing!

Now, if my struts or shocks are going... whats next? Brakes? Axle? frame?

maybe electrical problems? I'm really thinking about leasing a cheap new car, maybe a civic or saturn or Hyundai, maybe a nissan. Or that new rabbit from VW.

I love my car to death (its comfy and i've had it for almost 4 years) but its killing my wallet.

I was getting ready to do a set of pullups with 90lbs on me today, and just as I started, the chain holding the plates ripped through the leather and the 2 45's fell and crushed my bag of chalk, sending a big cloud of white powder everywhere. Only 1 guy really saw what happened.... Good times.

On my 2nd week of strickly cardio .. been riding the bike for at least 16 miles a day .. currently at 210lbs which is the lightest I've been in over 10 years ..
