Sauna or Steam Room?

which one you prefer? personally i like steam room, most people i see go into the sauna though. the steam room heats you up faster and i like the thick atmosphere.

Sauna's are a dime a dozen around where I live, old tradition brought over from Scandanavia in the times the Upper Peninsula was a mining and ore smelting area.

So, sauna :p ... here they get to around 120-140 degrese. The kind that make your blood boil

Strange hot tubs are gross!

hot tubs are nice, but at the gym theres always a nice big ol lemonparty goin on. so naturally, i stopped going.

Used to be a sauna man...but after a steam bath on a cold winters day...don't have either now
